From the smallest bracket to the largest body panel, Stadco has the ability to stamp every panel on the vehicle, in many steel grades including high strength alloys.

Aluminium stampings

Stadco also specialises in stamping aluminium panels for our customers. We produce major panels, including the skins, for a wide range of premium vehicles.

Metal assemblies

Stadco produces sub-assemblies for some of the world's largest vehicle producers, who appreciate the added flexibility it brings to their vehicle assembly plants.

Painting

We also offer eCoat, Powder Coat, Top Coat painting and associated sealing solutions. Our extensive facilities have capacity to eCoat and seal complete finished vehicles down to small stamping and assemblies to support all our customer needs. 

Product design

We also offer a full product engineering service and our teams have undertaken the body design of many familiar vehicles worldwide, from trucks to supercars.

Facility design

We specialise in designing and developing highly flexible Body-in-White assembly facilities, usually close to, or integral with our customers' vehicle assembly plants.
